“I had the pleasure of working with Rita on two key projects in North Carolina. The first was a 100k square foot Corporate Headquarters, new construction and the second was a 6900 square foot employee lunch room, locker room, and restroom facility.

I worked daily with Rita on these project for almost a year. I have to say, I was very happy with her approach to the projects for the initial design phase to material selection, to her meetings with key stakeholders. She had thoughtful ideas, she listened to what we were looking for, and she delivered.

In the end, the Corporate Headquarters turned out beautifully, It's home to 135 full time employees and represents the United States in a 22 country company. The meeting room and Conference space is exceptional. The employee break area, locker room and restroom is also a show place housing 425 employees in three shifts. We hold our town halls there and it really gives the employees a space to be proud of.
